    Specialization
I specialize in representing clients in sales and purchases of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Menlo Park, Atherton, Woodside, Portola Valley, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Redwood City, and San Carlos. I monitor all transactions in these areas, and am very knowledgeable about local laws and local schools.

    Personal
I've lived in Palo Alto and Menlo Park since 1959, so I've seen lots of changes in the area! When I arrived, I taught for 3 years at Hillview School in Menlo Park, at that time, a K-8 school. Next, I collaborated on a Math textbook project at Stanford. We wrote math texts for K-6 that included set theory, arithmetic, geometry, mathematical logic. I did teacher training for local area teachers and teachers in Ghana who were in the pilot program using these texts. We then used the math materials to develop one of the first computer-based instructional programs for elementary school children. This was an 8 year project.

By then, I had two children, and decided to work part-time in Real Estate. The "part-time" phase lasted about a month, and has been a full-time career since 1969.

My passions are Homes, Homes, Homes for everyone, being a watchdog for the elderly, being a cheerleader and tutor for children. I was trained from a young age to see a need and work to change whatever should be changed... whether a law, a living situation, an injustice, or an educational need.
